Pom Power Camp with Hip Hop

This is a GREAT CLASS for those interested in their school dance teams.  Have fun while preparing yourself for the dance season ahead.  Jazz shoes are required and available for purchase at the studio.

Technique Classes

Classes meet from May 28 - June 27

Age 5-7 (primary)
Thursdays 6:30-7:30

Grades 2-5
Tues & Thurs 7:00-8:30
$12 each/ $98 Summer (10 classes)

Grade 5 and up
Tues & Thurs 7:30-9:00
​$12 each/ $98 Summer (10 classes)

Executing dance requires attention to detail and body placement. These classes work with the dancer in mastering his/her skills. Class will have conditioning, flexibility and dance combination elements. A strong focus on turns, leaps and jumps will be done, as well as ballet barre. RDA recommends that combining these classes with our Acro offerings.

Intro to Dance

$68 for the summer
Classes meet on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm

Recommended for ages 3.5 - 6

Tap and ballet shoes will be needed.  RDA sells both.  Our uniform leotard is not required for this class.

ACRO Dance Technique

Although similar to gymnastics, acrobatic moves flow together in dance choreography.  Class will work on strength and proper placement for the best technique.
